About Me Hi, my name is Anna-Maree and I am a psychic medium. From a young age I would sense the presence of spirit but didn't know how to explain it. It wasn't until I began to study the tarot that I realised that I was receiving guidance from spirit. The Tarot had always fascinated me. It seemed mysterious and magical, and I was curious of how each card was relevant and symbolic to a person and their life. I purchased my first set of Rider-Waite Tarot at the age of 14 and hid them away from the world, as the Tarot was deemed evil and tools of the devil. Examining the tarot further I learnt that they were a tool, but a tool to open up our unconsciousness and to allow us to become aware of what we couldn't or wouldn't acknowledge. I believe it opens up our awareness to what great we can do, but also what blocks that path to our natural flow. Once we understand this we can progress forward and draw in more love and greatness. The universe is bountiful and does not want us to suffer unnecessarily; this is what I hope to open you to within a reading. In September of 2007 I took the opportunity to further develop my spiritual awareness in the UK, where I lived and studied for 9 months. I was honoured to being received into the Spiritualist's National Union Church movement and regularly attended awareness and development programmes with likeminded individuals, of which I became great friends. I was also privileged to meet and learn from some well known mediums such as Gordon Smith,Lisa Willams and Tony Stockwell. When conducting a reading I like to work with the Tarot and Cartomancy (Playing Cards). I feel that this allows me greater insight and understanding of an individuals situation. Spirit is always present and will make themselves known if a reading is supposed to be of a healing nature rather than of guidance. Love and Light
